Painting & Decorating Services

A high quality service from start to finish, using good quality paints and materials and dustless sanding and extraction systems to cause the least mess possible in the property. Specialising in restorative work, we can bring back the original look of staircases, wooden doors and cornicing without the need to replace them.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
One of only a few NCCA (National Carpet Cleaning Association) accredited carpet cleaners in Edinburgh, we use the latest technology and machinery to give your carpets and upholstery a new lease of life by removing soil, stains and odours. High extraction rates and air moving machines means quicker drying times, allowing our customers to use the rooms in just a few hours.
Pressure Washing
Nothing gives the exterior of your property "curb appeal" like a freshly cleaned patio, decking, driveway or roof. Our high pressure washing system makes short work of them all and for those more delicate surfaces, we employ a soft wash system to remove growth and dirt. Re-grouting or re-sanding services are also available should this be needed.
Gutter Cleaning
Keeping the gutters clean is an essential part of any property's annual maintenance. Blocked gutters can damage the structure of your home in a number of ways and lead to costly repairs. Our service aims to prevent this by keeping the water flowing away from your property as it should. The condition of your downpipes is also inspected at the same time. We also offer a gutter, soffit and fascia service at an additional cost to improve look of your property's exterior.
Exterior Cleaning & Painting
Part of the exterior cleaning service GPS offers is a an external building wash using a number of different techniques, depending on the property construction. We also offer a full exterior property painting service, using our airless spray paint system. Whether painting stonework or improving the look of pebbledash, any damage to the wall is repaired before paint application. The paint used is fully breathable and weather-tight, ensuing the property is protected from the elements but also allowing it to breathe.
End of Tenancy Deep Cleaning
One of the most popular services we offer for landlords, estate agents and commercial property managers is our end of tenancy (or end of refurb) deep clean. Normally done after the interior decorating has been completed, we sanitise, disinfect and clean every surface in the property, including carpets, upholstery, appliances, flooring and surfaces.
Garden Tidy-Ups
A huge part of the appeal of a property is the outdoor space and having a neat and tidy garden will instantly transform the look. Whilst we don't offer a garden maintenance service, we do offer one-off garden clearance and tidy-ups. This is particularly useful to the professional landlord market who want to sell or re-list their property's, but it's also popular with domestic customers who have just let things get a bit out pf hand!
